About us: Scheunengut&nbsp;is an e-commerce brand specializing in premium-quality natural bio-supplements and vitamins. As we scale our operations on Amazon, Germany &nbsp;and EU marketplaces, we are looking for a proactive&nbsp;E-commerce Operations Manager&nbsp;to join our team in close tandem with the CEO. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operations &amp; Logistics Management:&nbsp;Monitor inventory levels across Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses, plan and schedule shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, and track product expiration dates (MHD).</li><li>Content &amp; SEO Optimization:&nbsp;Administer the Amazon account, create high-quality product listings, and write flawless, high-converting SEO copy in German.</li><li>Customer Care:&nbsp;Provide empathetic and professional support to German-speaking customers, manage product reviews, and handle technical cases with marketplace support platforms.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp;Work in close synergy with our design team (developing briefs for product infographics, premium A+ content, and packaging updates).</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Expect From You:<ul><li>Fluent German (C1 level):&nbsp;Flawless written communication. You understand linguistic nuances and can craft compelling copy and handle customer inquiries with ease.</li><li>1.5–2+ years of e-Commerce experience:&nbsp;A solid grasp of Amazon operational models (FBA/FBM).
