GAP Vassilopoulos Group one of the 25 biggest employers in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Call Centre Representative&nbsp;to be based in the&nbsp;Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;This role plays an important part in supporting the daily operations, ensuring that customer enquiries, transactions, and requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a professional manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;This is a great opportunity to build your career in customer service operations, working in a fast-paced environment with international exposure and continuous interaction with customers.&nbsp;Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handling customer enquiries</li><li>Processing of Transactions / Request</li><li>Administration and Support</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High School Certificate</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek language,&nbsp;any other language&nbsp;will be considered as an advantage (Dutch, German, French, Hebrew)</li><li>Ability to work in rotation -&nbsp;shift hours / Monday to Sunday</li><li>Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel &amp; Word)</li><li>Excellent Communication skills and pleasant personality</li><li>Previous experience in call centre operations will be considered an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Full time Job (40 hours per week - 5 days work,&nbsp;8 hours shift, centre is open 08:00 - 21:00, Monday to Sunday)</li><li>Remuneration&nbsp;–&nbsp;based on experience and qualifications</li><li>Provident Fund after 6 months</li><li>Continuous Training and Development</li><li>Pleasant working environment</li></ul>
