Stademos Hotels Ltd, a leading Group within the Cyprus Hospitality industry, is seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Front Office Supervisor, for the 4* Mediterranean Hotel in Limassol.At Stademos Hotels Ltd we consider our people our most valuable asset, which is why we only hire professionals who are passionate, enthusiastic and willing to learn.We foster a team culture, thrive on challenges and always aim to provide our guests excellence in service, in an environment of tranquillity, well-being and hospitality at its best, where our people fell proud to belong.We offer opportunities for future advancement and skill development through continuous training programme, both in Cyprus and abroad, while at the same time encouraging initiative and rewarding resultsJOB PURPOSEThe Front Office Supervisor will supervise and ensure the smooth running of the Reception, Reservations, and Telephone operations in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of service to all guests (internal and external of the Hotel), through the effective development, management and leadership of the department’ human resources, equipment and provisions; the Front Office Supervisor will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving department profitability in accordance with the Hotel policies, procedures and standards. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support and deputise for the Front Office Manager when required.</li><li>Supervise daily Front Office operations including Reception, Reservations, and Telephone services.</li><li>Ensure outstanding guest service by anticipating needs, handling feedback and complaints, and maintaining high service standards throughout the guest journey.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance in line with business levels, labour standards, and hotel policies.</li><li>Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of hotel services, facilities, and upgrades.</li><li>Monitor operational standards, systems accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas.</li><li>Assist with cost control, stock management, reporting, and achieving departmental financial targets.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, tour operators, travel agents, and business partners.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or similar hospitality role.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Good knowledge of hotel Front Office systems and procedures.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>BENEFITS<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Career Progression</li></ul>Due to work permit restrictions, only EU candidates are eligible to apply.All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality. &nbsp;Interested applicants should apply directly to careers@medbeach.com&nbsp;until 28/07/2026Kindly note that only successful candidates will be contacted for this position.
