<img> Real Estate Sales AdministratorCyperland Property Developers, a growing property development company based in Paphos, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Administrator to support the company’s sales operations and day-to-day sales office procedures.The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing sales processes, maintaining accurate client and property information, updating CRM records, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, partners and real estate agents, and ensuring that all sales files and availability lists are properly maintained.Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare sales offers, presentations, and related documentation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and update client information and leads in the CRM system·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain updated property availability lists and price lists for all projects·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor the progress of sales procedures (reservations, contracts, client files)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and real estate agents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain organized records of sales documentation and property filesRequirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational and communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good command of Greek and English (written and spoken)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in real estate, property development, construction, or a related industry will be considered a strong advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience working with CRM systems and property sales documentation will be considered an advantage&nbsp;Working Hours:Monday – Friday08:00 – 13:0014:00 – 17:00&nbsp;Salary &amp; Benefits·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary package, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus, depending on individual performance and overall company results·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional and pleasant working environment in a growing property development company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional development and growth&nbsp;&nbsp;Please send your CV to info@cyperland.com&nbsp;
