George Tsanos GroupThe George Tsanos Group of Tourism Enterprises was founded in 1972 and is active in the ownership and management of hotel properties in Limassol and Platres, the operation of restaurants, catering services, the import and distribution of cigars, and various other business activities.&nbsp;The Group is a pioneer in the tourism development of Cyprus’s mountainous regions, with the aim of introducing travellers to the island’s authentic traditions and natural beauty.&nbsp;Currently, we are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Pendeli Resort, Platres.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanour.</li><li>Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, with a focus on maximizing upselling opportunities.</li><li>Communicate and confirm guest bookings, ensuring confirmation details are sent promptly and professionally.</li><li>Monitor room availability and update occupancy reports.</li><li>Liaise with group bookings, corporate clients, online booking platforms, and VIP guests.</li><li>Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure smooth check-ins and fulfilment of guest requests.</li><li>Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to company data protection and security procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in hotel reservations or a front office role will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and always maintain a professional demeanor.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented in both appearance and conduct.</li><li>Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Complimentary meal during shifts.</li><li>Accommodation allowance or Travel allowance (subject to eligibility).</li><li>21 days of annual leave.</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li></ul>
