Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Royal Apollonia at Limassol, as the Chief Engineer and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead all the maintenance department operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and implement preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with other departments to address specific needs and requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is actively involved in the team’s recruitment and training.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure that the building and all mechanical and electrical systems are in good and safe condition.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Educate team on safety regulations, engineering policies and purchasing procedures and other company standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee recycling and waste disposal programs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prioritize, plan and assign daily work duties to the maintenance team.&nbsp;Required Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in Engineering or related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent leadership and team management skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of Greek and English language.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Eu Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae, subjected with the title of position, to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a>, no later than July 4th, 2026.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
