We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager for our store in Limassol for a full-time&nbsp;position!The positionIn short, the entire store is in your hands, that is, yours and the Manager's! You organize and make the store better, you contribute to achieving our goals. You have your own team and you’re constantly developing it. And of course, you are the customers' favourite person. You know that you will need to support the team and carry or arrange goods, boxes, pallets or crates where they belong.</li><li>The team is flying! And you contribute to it too: you're there to organize it, guide it and help so that everything is easier, better, faster.</li><li>Financial management, KPIs, and inventories? They don't scare you and you always keep them in mind.</li></ul>&nbsp;Are you what we’re looking for?Let’s go through the basics:<ul><li>You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.</li><li>Extra points if you have worked in Retail before.</li><li>You have a driver's license.</li><li>You speak good English. You do not need to speak Greek! </li><li>Technology doesn’t scare you, on the contrary it helps you make your job easier.</li></ul>&nbsp;Above all you know how to work with teams. You have a clear business mindset and understand what our next goals might be and how we can achieve them by offering the best possible shopping experience, based on kindness and friendliness. “Kindness costs nothing but it’s worth everything” is your motto.
