Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Imperial Island Resort in Paphos as the Bar Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure smooth running of the bar operations and that the bars team adheres to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To ensure that the bar is prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant procedure.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To supervise bar staff, train and coach them to the standards required of a five-star Hotel establishment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation and cash.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is naturally friendly with a willingness to exceed guests’ expectations.&nbsp;Job Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in hospitality and Tourism will be considered as an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very Good knowledge of the English and Greek Language·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong teamwork skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Positive attitude towards guest service·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Citizen or an EU Work permit holder&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae, mentioning the title of position, to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> , no later than July &nbsp;4th, 2026.&nbsp;***All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
