Who We Are We are a growing organization operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure all works are completed safely, reliably, time and cost-effectively</li><li>Manage and support multidisciplinary projects</li><li>Produce clear and concise technical documentation</li><li>Work within established Quality Assurance systems</li></ul>Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a self-motivated team player with a minimum of five years’ experience in contracting or maintenance operations and a proven track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects.&nbsp;Essential Requirements<ul><li>B.Sc. in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Professional license from ETEK</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Microsoft Project/ Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience.</li><li>13th salary</li><li>22 days of paid annual leave, increasing with the years</li><li>Days &amp; hours of Work: Monday – Friday / 08:00 – 16:30</li></ul>
