Role OverviewThe Site Health &amp; Safety Coordinator ensures the effective implementation of the site’s Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) system in full compliance with applicable legislation and the Safety and Health at Work Regulations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the Project Manager and the Quality, Environment, Safety &amp; Health (QESH) Officer in the preparation, implementation, and continuous review of the project’s Health and Safety Plan.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential health and safety hazards related to machinery, processes, working methods, materials, and behaviour, and ensure the application of prevention principles during project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors and all site stakeholders on health and safety matters, ensuring submission and approval of Safety Plans and Method Statements prior to commencement of works.</li><li>Organize and participate in regular Health and Safety meetings with supervisors and workers’ representatives.</li><li>Ensure all personnel receive appropriate site inductions and health and safety training prior to starting work.</li><li>Recommend and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent accidents, incidents, or occupational illnesses.</li><li>Investigate accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, and prepare detailed reports for the QESH Officer and Project Management.</li><li>Ensure the proper preparation, maintenance, and submission of the project’s Health and Safety File in accordance with legal requirements.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we are looking for<ul><li>University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or another relevant construction-related field.</li><li>Registered Engineer with ETEK.</li><li>Recognized certification in Occupational Health and Safety, approved by the Department of Labour Inspection.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Safety and Health at Work legislation, including the Minimum Requirements for Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites Regulations (K.D.P. 410/2015).</li><li>Ability to effectively coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to implement safety measures.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>High level of professionalism, responsibility, and alignment with company values.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Comprehensive benefits including provident fund, medical and life insurance</li><li>Company car and mobile usage reimbursement</li><li>Annual bonus</li><li>Access to exclusive Lanitis Group discounts</li><li>Opportunities to work on landmark projects across Cyprus</li><li>A collaborative, safety-focused environment with clear career growth opportunities</li><li>Development and long-term career progression within a leading organisation</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications<ul><li>Applicants should forward a detailed CV to vacancies@cybarco.com by Wednesday 8th July 2026.</li><li>Job applications will be thoroughly screened, and only successful candidates will be contacted.</li><li>Please note that all applications will be treated in strict confidence and all CVs will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months, ensuring GDPR compliance.</li></ul>
