We are seeking to recruit a motivated and organised Accounting &amp; Operations Officer for a permanent, full-time position to join our team in Nicosia.This role focuses on day-to-day financial administration and operational support, working closely with management and external accountants. Main Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesFinancial Administration<ul><li>Prepare and issue customer invoices</li><li>Record receipts and supplier invoices</li><li>Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records</li><li>Assist in debtors and creditors monitoring and follow-up</li><li>Support the preparation of reports for the external accountant</li><li>Perform basic reconciliations and data checks (excluding bank/VAT/payroll handled externally)</li></ul>Operations &amp; Admin Support<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Sales &amp; Technical) to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Assist with client onboarding and documentation</li><li>Maintain and update internal systems and records</li><li>Provide general administrative support to management and departments</li><li>Assist in improving internal processes and workflows</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 1–2 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>LCCI Higher or similar qualification will be considered an advantage</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written &amp; spoken)</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Company Offers<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package + 13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>21 days annual leave + public holidays</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Exposure to a fast-paced IT / cybersecurity business environment</li></ul>
