As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.</li><li>Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.</li><li>Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.</li><li>Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.</li><li>Ability to understand and apply sales techniques.</li><li>Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.</li><li>Clean criminal record.</li></ul>Remuneration and benefits<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary based on the worked hours ( minimum hours per week 20)</li><li>Monthly commission based on sales</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>Participation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme</li><li>Paid annual leave as per Cyprus Law</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Valid working permission&nbsp;</li></ul>
