FINTIKA LTD&nbsp;is a Cyprus-based financial services provider offering solutions such as financial reporting, bookkeeping and payroll processing to businesses locally and internationally.&nbsp;Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for an experienced&nbsp;Reconciliation Officer&nbsp;to join us and drive our company to new heights.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reconcile Data in the accounting system (Reconcile banks / PSP’s Balances with their statement and Client Balances with Platform balances) daily.</li><li>Acquiring data from CRM and Bank / PSP / LP statements and other sources and prepare&nbsp;reports to import into Reconciliation system.</li><li>Producing daily client’s journals for posting into the Reconciliation System.</li><li>Ability to identify errors and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Preparing various daily / weekly / monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances.</li><li>Adhere to corporate standards and procedures relating to reconciliation activities.</li><li>Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>2 years of previous experience in a similar position (PSPs, APMs, EMIs and banks) within the forex industry.</li><li>Degree in Accounting or holder of LLCI Higher.</li><li>Student/member of ACA/ ACCA will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ Excel and familiarity with relevant MRS (Methodos).</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package according to qualifications and experience</li><li>Private Medical Insurance after completion of the first 3 months of employment</li><li>Discretionary performance bonus and annual salary review</li><li>Employee Referral Bonus</li><li>21 days of Annual Leave</li><li>5 days of Paid Sick Leave</li><li>Corporate discounts</li><li>Free parking Spot</li><li>Free snacks and beverages daily, complimentary lunch on Fridays and sweet Mondays’ brunch to seize the week.</li><li>Amazing Opportunities for career advancement vertically and horizontally</li><li>Magnificent Corporate Events and Team building activities</li></ul>And many more….&nbsp;If you want to thrive in your career and join our amazing team of professionals, then look no further, and apply now at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@fintika.co">hr@fintika.co</a>&nbsp;after mentioning in the subject line that you’re applying for the&nbsp;Reconciliation Officer&nbsp;position.&nbsp;Please note that&nbsp;FINTIKA LTD&nbsp;is an Equal Opportunity Employer and that all applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
