The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Paphos, a&nbsp;Promotion Executive&nbsp;Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote properties to prospective clients through various channels</li><li>Coordinate property viewings and inspection appointments</li><li>Perform regular follow-ups with previous leads</li><li>Provide timely and constructive feedback to managers</li><li>Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings</li><li>Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns</li></ul>&nbsp;Key competencies:<ul><li>Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive approach to personal and team success</li><li>A positive and approachable personality</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong phone etiquette with the ability to maintain professionalism, clarity, and a positive tone in all customer interactions</li><li>Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken</li><li>Knowledge of any other language will be considered a significant advantage</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems; prior experience with customer relationship management platforms is a distinct advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>While a formal degree is not a requirement for this position, it will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary and performance based monthly commission opportunities</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Fixed working hours with flexibility offered</li><li>Full training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>
