Cleaning & Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise and assist the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining properties.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure properties meet Phaedrus Living’s cleanliness and quality standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Transport housekeeping staff to different properties using the company car.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan and manage the housekeeping schedule to meet check-in deadlines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Train and support the housekeeping team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linens.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Report maintenance issues and damages to management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in cleaning when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep track of working hours and support stock-taking activities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other relevant assignments as requested.&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent time management and organization.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commitment to delivering the highest quality to the client.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; License: EU driving license required. &nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
