Requirements&nbsp;–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Master in the relevant discipline–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 2-year teaching experience–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in the English language (both oral and written)–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Technologically savvy–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent people/interpersonal skills–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Team-oriented–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Student centered teaching approach–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Modern and innovative teaching methodologies&nbsp;Terms &amp; Conditions&nbsp;–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be able to teach one or more of the above modules including and not limited to lecturing, tutoring, examining, grading, student supervision etc.–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be available for teaching during between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To take responsibility for the quality of teaching delivered and, as necessary, seek further training, guidance and skills development to ensure that standards are maintained according to college guidelines–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To disseminate knowledge and enhance the reputation the college by:§&nbsp; establishing contacts with the wider academic community§&nbsp; participating in seminars§&nbsp; delivering conference presentations§&nbsp; organizing conferences/events where appropriate–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate actively in the professional, cultural, political, social and economic life of the college community. The nature and degree of participation is, however, a matter for the judgement of the individual faculty member–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the work of the college committees, working groups and other ad-hoc meetings as requested–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep skills up to date and develop expertise in the key areas of the position.–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarize, keep updated and comply with all Casa College policies and regulations–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as an academic mentor to students–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support where necessary the functions of the administrative department.&nbsp;Benefits&nbsp;–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Remuneration on a monthly rate depending on qualifications, teaching experience and other professional experience etc.
