VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at The Royal Apollonia in Limassol as a&nbsp;Technician&nbsp;and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Performs installing, maintaining, repairing and routine maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assists in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.&nbsp;Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp; Relevant technical school diploma or equivalent certificate.·&nbsp; Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.·&nbsp; Ability to use hand tools and power tools.·&nbsp; Excellent organizational and time management skills.·&nbsp; &nbsp;Good Knowledge of Greek and English Language.·&nbsp; &nbsp; EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
