The Group operates across Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Central and Southeast Europe, providing banks and institutional investors with specialised solutions in the acquisition and management of non-performing loans (NPLs). &nbsp;Role OverviewThe Asset Manager will support the SME and Retail Resolution Units in the active management of secured and unsecured non-performing exposures. The role focuses on maximising recoveries across multiple asset classes through restructuring, enforcement, and portfolio optimisation strategies. &nbsp;Reporting LineManager, Corporate and Secured Asset Management &nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage directly with debtors and other stakeholders to initiate and progress debt resolution strategies.</li><li>Manage and negotiate restructuring solutions for complex cases, ensuring alignment with internal recovery objectives.</li><li>Coordinate legal proceedings, including court actions, payment orders, enforcement measures, foreclosure processes, and auctions.</li><li>Oversee insolvency and bankruptcy processes for non-viable obligors.</li><li>Perform and/or review:<ul><li>Going concern assessments</li><li>Liquidation analyses</li><li>Real estate collateral positioning and recovery potential</li></ul></li><li>Develop and recommend optimal resolution strategies on a case-by-case basis.</li><li>Prepare and submit restructuring proposals to the relevant approval committees.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective execution and monitoring of approved strategies.</li><li>Monitor performance under agreed repayment arrangements and take corrective action where required.</li><li>Ensure full adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the performance of relevant controls and reviews.</li></ul>Skills/Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SME and/or Retail debt management, including hands-on exposure to:<ul><li>Non-performing exposures (NPEs)</li><li>Recovery and restructuring processes</li></ul></li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to operate effectively under pressure and within demanding timelines.</li><li>Sound analytical skills, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver structured presentations.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Knowledge of the AroTRON system will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>LocationThe position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Remuneration and BenefitsThe Company offers a competitive remuneration package, including:<ul><li>Annual gross salary in the range of €24,700 – €30,000 (*)</li><li>Eligibility for annual bonus,</li><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Participation in the Provident Fund</li></ul>(*) The remuneration range is indicative and provided in line with market transparency requirements.
