As a member of a leading global network of independent advisory and accounting firms - ranked 8th globally - the organisation delivers audit, tax, and advisory services at a high standard to clients operating in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.&nbsp;The firm is growing its Audit &amp; Assurance team in Nicosia and is looking for a Senior Auditor to join at the Senior Associate level. You'll take ownership of client engagements end-to-end - from planning through to reporting — while mentoring junior team members and maintaining the quality of work the firm is known for.&nbsp;This is a solid opportunity for a qualified or near-qualified auditor who wants to work on a varied client portfolio, develop their technical skills, and grow within a firm that invests in its people long-term.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements in line with ISAs.</li><li>Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRSs.</li><li>Deliver high-quality client service within agreed budgets and timeframes.</li><li>Communicate with clients directly via email, phone, and video calls.</li><li>Report on engagement status, progress, and completion to the Audit Manager/Director.</li><li>Supervise, coach, and support junior team members throughout assignments.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.</li><li>Qualified or semi-qualified (ACA / ACCA).</li><li>2–4 years of experience in the audit department of an accounting firm.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Caseware and e-audit software.</li><li>Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Knowledge of the Cyprus tax framework is an advantage.</li><li>Ambitious, highly committed, and motivated to develop a long-term career in audit.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Hybrid working with a work-from-home scheme.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Afternoon off every Friday throughout the year.</li><li>5 days paid sick leave per year.</li><li>Travel allowance.</li><li>Provident fund (optional).</li><li>Medical insurance (optional).</li><li>Training opportunities (on-the-job and scheduled).</li><li>Clear career progression and personal development support. &nbsp;</li></ul>For more information regarding the role or to apply, please email Vas Georgiou at vasg@heilsarecruitment.com
