Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as a strategic partner by supporting the development and implementation of the company’s financial and operational plans·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial reporting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise, train, and review the work of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review and authorize VAT returns, VIES forms, and other statutory submissions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and analyse management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with tax authorities and external stakeholders on accounting and tax-related matters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide clients with guidance and advice on accounting, VAT, and compliance issues·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor project efficiency, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on outstanding payments·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Present financial results and insights to senior management to support decision-making·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other related duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Over 5 years of audit firm experience, including at least 3 years post-qualification·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Cyprus accounting standards and regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IT literate and adaptable·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.&nbsp;Our firm offers:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus based on performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Three days of paid sick leave per year•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Corporate parking paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional growth and advancement•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participation in our various corporate events and activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;
