<a href="https://www.doorstep.com.cy">Doorstep Multibrand Kitchens</a> is a fast-growing food company operating multiple restaurant brands from shared kitchen locations across Cyprus.&nbsp;We currently manage three exciting brands:&nbsp;Marinado,&nbsp;Flipstreet Burgers, and&nbsp;Makai Poke Bowls, with a strong focus on delivery, operational excellence, food quality, and a 5-star customer experience.&nbsp;We are seeking a motivated&nbsp;Store Manager&nbsp;to join our expanding team, to manage the opening and operations of our new shop in&nbsp;Paphos.&nbsp;Core Responsibilities&nbsp;Daily Operations &amp; Facility Management<ul><li>Schedule: Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 until 16:00</li><li>Overviews daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, top quality result and excellent customer service</li><li>Executes the daily opening protocol (security, equipment startup, invoice management).</li><li>Monitors fridge temperatures and equipment functionality to ensure food safety compliance.</li><li>Oversees shop hygiene, including strict checklists for the kitchen, POS station, and restrooms.</li><li>Manages facility maintenance tasks, checklists and store care routines (e.g., watering, cleaning schedules, equipment, closing checklists).</li><li>Manages all internal processes as per Doorstep Operational Standards (H&amp;S, HACCP, ISO)</li><li>Acts as the primary H&amp;S Officer for their shop</li><li>Is trained as a First Aider</li><li>Checks aggregator reviews actions and documentation</li></ul>&nbsp;Procurement &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Audits daily sales and stock levels to place accurate orders with all suppliers.</li><li>Manages deliveries from suppliers and conducts quality inspections upon receipt (checking for freshness and correct temperatures).</li><li>Resolves supply chain gaps by sourcing missing items from local markets as needed to ensure 100% menu availability.</li><li>Maintains organized storage for packaging, soft drinks, and dry goods.</li><li>Checks and monitors kitchen waste</li></ul>&nbsp;Team Leadership &amp; Administration<ul><li>Prepares and publishes weekly staff schedules.</li><li>Manages the "Punch In/Out" system, monitors and approves overtime.</li><li>Supervises, motivates, and trains staff to ensure adherence to Doorstep's Operational Standards.</li><li>Conducts staff talks to resolve issues and maintain a positive working environment.</li><li>Assists employees with welfare-related issues as directed by operations</li></ul>&nbsp;Kitchen &amp; Service Support<ul><li>Provides active "on-the-line" support in the kitchen during the 11:30 – 14:30 peak period and whenever sales volume demands it.</li><li>Ensures all "Prep" tasks are completed (thawing, marinating, rice cooking) to prevent service delays.</li><li>Oversees the POS station to ensure packaging and soft drinks are stocked as needed.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry or elsewhere is a plus</li><li>Good communication and people skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits &amp; CultureYou will be joining a positive and ambitious team where your ideas matter, your work is valued, and your growth is encouraged.
