We are looking to recruit an Architect to join our expanding Technical Department and contribute to the successful delivery of our upcoming residential and commercial projects in Limassol.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Architect will be responsible for managing construction drawing packages, designing construction drawings and details, and being part of the on-site supervision team, working closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to bring concepts to life.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and evaluate architectural drawings, technical submissions, material samples and construction documentation prepared by design consultants to ensure alignment with the project brief, quality standards and employer requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor the design development process across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines to ensure design integration and consistency.</li><li>&nbsp;Develop architectural drawings, technical details, presentations, models and renderings as required to support design review, coordination and project decision-making processes.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and inspections during construction phases to verify that works are implemented in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and design intent.</li><li>Participate in design coordination meetings, progress meetings and technical workshops with consultants, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of design and construction-related issues.</li><li>Review consultant and contractor submissions for compliance with project specifications, local building regulations, zoning laws, fire safety requirements, planning regulations and environmental standards.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and authorities to support efficient project delivery and minimize design conflicts during construction.</li><li>Support the evaluation of proposed design changes, value engineering proposals and technical solutions from consultants and contractors.</li><li>Ensure all project activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including ETEK guidelines and local authority approvals.</li><li>Stay informed on current architectural practices, construction methodologies, materials and industry technologies to support project quality and efficiency.</li></ul>Desired Experience &amp; Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architecture.</li><li>5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, codes and construction practices.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and BIM software.</li><li>Experience in sustainable and green building is a plus.</li><li>Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or ETEK) is considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Necessary Skills:<ul><li>Design and Visualization.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Presentation.</li><li>Communication.</li><li>Time Management.</li></ul>What do we offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with performance incentives.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within Imperio.</li><li>Training opportunities and exposure to challenging, high-profile projects.&nbsp;</li></ul>To apply, please visit our careers page at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.imperioproperties.com/careers/">www.imperioproperties.com/careers/</a> and submit your application today.
