From concept and planning to execution and delivery, we manage projects end to end with precision and professionalism.&nbsp;As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a driven Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our expanding project portfolio.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;• Coordinate office operations and support day to day construction site activities&nbsp;• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely execution&nbsp;• Prepare, review, and analyze cost estimates and contractor quotations&nbsp;• Support subcontractor evaluations, certifications, and payment processes&nbsp;• Maintain project documentation and contribute to reporting and quality control procedures&nbsp;• Collaborate effectively with site teams, consultants, suppliers, and external stakeholders&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering&nbsp;• Professional license from ETEK&nbsp;• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook&nbsp;• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project management platforms, or other relevant engineering and&nbsp;construction software is considered an advantage&nbsp;• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and verbal&nbsp;• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively&nbsp;• Problem solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently&nbsp;• Motivation to learn, grow, and develop within a fast paced construction environment&nbsp;What We Offer&nbsp;• Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience&nbsp;• Opportunity to work on high quality development projects&nbsp;• Professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are looking to advance your career in construction and project delivery, we would be pleased to hear from you.&nbsp;To apply, please send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@mimapdevelopment.com">recruitment@mimapdevelopment.com</a>.
