Ensure that construction works are on schedule.</li><li>Able to manage&nbsp;a number of&nbsp;different projects at the same time.</li><li>Proper&nbsp;utilization&nbsp;of resources.</li><li>Prepare&nbsp;manpower&nbsp;and plant requirements.</li><li>Takes corrective actions together with Site Managers.&nbsp;Assist&nbsp;with recovery schedules</li><li>Coordination between Construction Sites – Personnel, Equipment &amp; Subcontractors allocation/coordination as per projects needs</li><li>Feedback and information flow between projects&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;construction issues</li><li>Ensure that projects are executed within the construction budget</li><li>Deal with the working relationships that exist on the construction sites</li><li>Maintain database&nbsp;relative&nbsp;to construction costs that affect the construction budget</li><li>Technical supervision – Solve technical issues</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience with emphasis in complex, fast‐ track, project delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills and problem‐solving ability</li><li>Ability to access resources inside and outside of the company</li><li>Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well</li><li>Manage resources efficiently</li><li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles</li><li>Excellent planning and problem-solving skills</li><li>Advanced interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure</li><li>Team player with leadership abilities</li><li>Strong computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project</li><li>Languages: English and Greek</li></ul>Note: Thank you for taking the time to apply.
