At Softech we are official distributors of FEC Cyprus products and GladiusPOS Software. As a member of the&nbsp;Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for receiving and addressing technical support requests from customers via phone, email, or on the clients site.&nbsp;Beyond support, the Customer Service Team is also responsible for delivering&nbsp;and installing hardware and software to the clients site.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities within the Customer Service Team:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Customer Support Management:&nbsp;Receive and process customer support requests via the ticketing system, email, or phone.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Issue Resolution:&nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues remotely or on-site, collaborating with the rest of the technical team when necessary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Hardware Deployment:&nbsp;Handle the collection, delivery, installation, setup, and configuration of POS Hardware, printers, and other hardware including cabling where necessary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Software Management:&nbsp;Install, set up, and configure POS software based on business requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Technical Documentation:&nbsp;Create and maintain accurate technical documentation to support ongoing operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Customer Satisfaction:&nbsp;Provide prompt and informative responses to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with solutions and service.
