Head of Communications&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Role:&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced Head of Communications to lead the company's global communications strategy. In this role, you will shape and govern a unified corporate narrative that strengthens brand trust, executive credibility, and institutional reputation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee corporate communications, public relations, executive positioning, and crisis communications while leading and developing the communications team to deliver strategic impact.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the company's global communications strategy, defining clear messaging pillars and ensuring consistent execution across corporate communications, media engagement, and executive positioning</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations that support business priorities, reputational&nbsp;objectives, and brand positioning</li><li>Oversee executive communications, including leadership messaging, speeches, presentations, interviews, media engagements, industry events, conferences, and internal town halls</li><li>Lead global public relations and media relations, building and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;strong relationships with top-tier financial, business, and technology media to strengthen the company's visibility and credibility</li><li>Oversee corporate communications content and planning, including press releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership, social media messaging, and the overall communications calendar</li><li>Lead crisis communications and reputation management, ensuring&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and consistent messaging during high-risk situations in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership</li><li>Develop strategic narratives for partnerships, sponsorships, and brand ambassadors, ensuring these initiatives are fully&nbsp;leveraged&nbsp;to support the company's positioning and storytelling</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Employer Branding, Events, and CSR teams to ensure alignment between internal messaging, external communications, and brand positioning</li><li>Monitor industry trends, media landscapes, and&nbsp;emerging&nbsp;technologies,&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;opportunities and risks that may&nbsp;impact&nbsp;brand&nbsp;perception&nbsp;and long-term growth</li><li>Drive performance and accountability, setting departmental KPIs with the CMO, overseeing communications analytics and reporting, and translating insights into continuous improvement</li><li>Lead and develop the communications team, fostering a high-performance culture through clear&nbsp;objectives, coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing</li></ul>Main requirements:<ul><li>BSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or any other related analytical field&nbsp;</li><li>Over 15 years of proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications, ideally in fintech, or online trading&nbsp;</li><li>Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of developing and executing global communication strategies, including executive positioning, media relations, crisis communications, and large-scale narrative development</li><li>Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and reputational risk management</li><li>Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to shape a clear and compelling corporate voice</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to translate data, insights, and market developments into clear strategic actions</li><li>High level&nbsp;of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams</li><li>High levels&nbsp;of ownership, integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to&nbsp;operate&nbsp;confidently in high-pressure and high-visibility situations</li><li>Interest in or experience using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance communications strategy, media intelligence, and operational efficiency&nbsp;will be considered an advantage</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul>Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Bring It to Life – Role-Specific Take-Home Task</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
