The successful candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional, capable of leading the marketing team and effectively driving the company’s marketing strategy on a global scale.&nbsp; This role requires a strong leader who can take ownership of marketing initiatives, align strategy with business objectives, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment.Requirements<ul><li>University and/or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field.&nbsp; Background in Mechanical Engineering or technical disciplines will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Demonstrated prior experience in a comparable role.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.</li><li>Proven expertise in content creation in the form of social media posts, white papers, articles, case studies, infographics, animations, videos etc.</li><li>Creative and innovative thinking, aligned with the mindset of a business leader.</li><li>Proficiency in leading and managing a team of marketing specialists.</li><li>Strong budget-management skills.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.</li><li>Professional judgment and discretion acquired through years of experience in the field.</li><li>Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.</li><li>Exposure to the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, production, etc.</li></ul>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing annual strategic marketing plan, complete with targets and metrics, aligned with the strategic vision set by the company’s Board of Directors.</li><li>Collaborating with Directors to determine budgets, establish targets, and formulate effective marketing strategies.</li><li>Developing and executing strategies in collaboration with Business Development Managers to broaden existing market presence and venture into new markets.</li><li>Conceptualizing, planning, producing, and orchestrating the distribution of content across various channels.</li><li>Managing and coordinating the activities of the entire team of marketing specialists.</li><li>Overseeing all marketing campaigns both at the company headquarters and overseas.</li><li>Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and generating innovative ideas to enhance brand marketing and exposure.</li><li>Keeping senior leadership informed of the ongoing progress of marketing initiatives and delivering comprehensive reports on campaign results, expenses, and key metrics.</li></ul>Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm.Benefits<ul><li>13th salary, annual performance bonus, and annual salary increases.</li><li>22 days paid annual leave, 14 weeks paid maternity &amp; paternity leave.</li><li>Provident fund and healthcare insurance (in-hospital coverage) upon closing of 6-month probation.</li><li>Modern, technologically advanced working facilities.</li><li>Generous salary and fringe benefits package.</li></ul>&nbsp;Join us in building a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and able to reach their full potential.&nbsp; If you are interested, please send your CV and cover letter to <a href="mailto:hr@firepro.com">hr@firepro.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
