Company / Client Overview&nbsp;On behalf of our client, a fully regulated investment firm, we are seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Customer Service Agent (Swedish &amp; Norwegian Speaker)&nbsp;to join their growing team in Nicosia.This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys delivering exceptional client support within a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly regulated financial services environment.The company offers a modern and professional workplace, excellent employee benefits, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to work within an international and collaborative team.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide professional support to clients via email, telephone, and other communication channels.</li><li>Guide clients through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and explain the required documentation.</li><li>Collect, review, and manage client documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the AML and Compliance departments during client onboarding and due diligence processes.</li><li>Liaise with the AML, Brokerage, and Back Office teams to ensure efficient handling of client requests.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, requests, and complaints.</li><li>Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.</li><li>Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Fluency in both Swedish and Norwegian is essential, along with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Team player with the ability to work independently when required.</li><li>Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment.</li></ul>Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage<ul><li>Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Relations.</li><li>Experience within the financial services, fintech, banking, or investment industry.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of KYC, AML, or client onboarding procedures.</li></ul>What the Company Offers<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package.</li><li>13th Salary.</li><li>Monthly discretionary bonus.</li><li>Annual salary review.</li><li>Fully paid overtime.</li><li>Private Medical Insurance after successful completion of the probation period.</li><li>Annual training and professional development budget.</li><li>Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home after probation.</li><li>Flexible lunch break.</li><li>21 days of annual leave.</li><li>5 paid sick leave days per year.</li><li>Complimentary snacks and beverages.</li><li>Modern, friendly, and professional working environment with excellent career development opportunities.</li></ul>Working Hours&nbsp;Monday – Thursday:&nbsp;11:00 – 20:00 Friday:&nbsp;10:00 – 19:00One-hour lunch break included.&nbsp;Last but not least, at DART Recruitment 🎯 we are by your side every step of the way, offering support, guidance, and complete confidentiality throughout your career journey.
