If you have hands-on experience in telecommunications or in the installation/maintenance of fiber optic networks, this is your opportunity to grow professionally in a cutting-edge industry.We are looking for a Junior Fiber Optic Technician to join our dynamic team in Larnaca, working with advanced next-generation fiber optic networks.What you will do day to day<ul><li>Carry out installation and maintenance work on fiber optic cables, including splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance at both outdoor and indoor sites</li><li>Install fiber optic cables and equipment in data rooms and cabinets, following the instructions of supervisors or department engineers</li><li>Work closely with supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve technical issues and keep them informed on all relevant matters</li><li>Keep clean, organize, and maintain your team’s vehicles, machinery, and equipment, as well as the team’s storage facility</li><li>Participate in the standby rotation schedule as required</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Driving license, clean criminal record &amp; high school diploma (required)</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and English</li><li>Communication skills and professional conduct</li><li>Ability to solve technical problems</li><li>Dynamic, sociable, and ambitious character</li><li>Previous experience working at height and a pole-climbing license (will be considered an advantage)</li><li>Basic knowledge on splicing and testing (will be considered an advantage)</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Starting salary: €1,400 gross/month</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Free medical insurance</li><li>Provident Fund for long-term financial security</li><li>21–25 days of annual leave depending on years of service</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Free telecom services, including free home internet, mobile, TV, and landline</li><li>Training &amp; development opportunities</li><li>Wedding &amp; birth gifts to celebrate important life moments</li></ul>
