Digital Minds is a performance-focused digital marketing agency helping brands across hospitality, eCommerce, retail, food &amp; beverage, real estate, entertainment and lifestyle grow through creative and performance-driven marketing.&nbsp;We're looking for a Graphic &amp; Digital Designer who is passionate about creating content that not only looks great, but delivers results.&nbsp;If you love social media, digital campaigns, motion content, and working on a variety of exciting brands, we'd love to hear from you.&nbsp;Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic &amp; Digital Designer based in Nicosia.You'll be responsible for creating social media content, advertising creatives, motion graphics and digital assets for a diverse portfolio of brands. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you'll bring campaigns to life through impactful design, ensuring every visual is both engaging and performance-driven.&nbsp;What You'll Do:<ul><li>Design creative assets for social media, including posts, stories, carousels and advertisements.</li><li>Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other digital platforms.</li><li>Develop visual concepts and creative directions for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.</li><li>Edit, retouch and manipulate photos for digital use.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across multiple client accounts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our marketing, content and strategy teams.</li><li>Organise and maintain design files, templates and creative assets.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest design, AI and social media trends.</li><li>Contribute ideas for campaigns, content and creative concepts.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we are looking for:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Digital Design.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing social media, advertising and branding projects is required.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro &amp; After Effects).</li><li>Experience using Canva and CapCut.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.</li><li>Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ClaudeAI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway or similar.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li></ul>&nbsp;As a plus:<ul><li>Motion Graphics &amp; Animation</li><li>Figma</li><li>Photography &amp; Videography</li><li>Experience working in a digital marketing agency</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing and performance creatives</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Creative, friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with exciting brands</li><li>Afternoon off on Fridays</li><li>Free Lunch on Fridays</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Growth opportunities within a marketing agency</li></ul>
