The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the restaurant team, maintain guest satisfaction, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the outlet.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managed and coordinate restaurant operations during service</li><li>Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences</li><li>Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation</li><li>Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation</li><li>Train and guide team members on service standards and menu knowledge</li><li>Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner</li><li>Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene procedures</li><li>Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant environment</li><li>Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Fluent English additional languages will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach</li><li>Team player with strong problem-solving abilities</li></ul>&nbsp;We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Pleasant and professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for training and career development</li><li>Staff benefits according to company policy</li></ul>
