The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support to our internal users and external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software applications, and office technology.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users via email, telephone, remote access, and in person.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Install, configure, replace, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, time attendance devices, and other office equipment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with the administration and maintenance of the firm's network, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor IT systems, apply software updates, and ensure backup procedures are operating effectively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Install, configure, and maintain software solutions based on business requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support requests, and system configurations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1–3 years of experience in an IT Support (Level 1 or Level 2) role.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Friendly, professional and supportive working environment</li><li>Provident Fund and Medical Scheme</li><li>Friday afternoon off</li><li>13th salary</li></ul>&nbsp;
