An exceptional career opportunity for an experienced hospitality commercial professional.Aliathon Resort – Paphos, CyprusAliathon Resort is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to join its leadership team and lead the next phase of growth across its hospitality, conference, events and commercial operations.Operating year-round, Aliathon Resort is one of Cyprus’ leading hospitality destinations, offering hotel accommodation, apartment-style units, conference and event facilities, food &amp; beverage outlets, and a vibrant commercial frontage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement the resort’s sales and marketing strategy.</li><li>Increase direct bookings and optimise channel performance.</li><li>Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.</li><li>Manage digital marketing, social media, PR and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Develop relationships with tour operators, travel partners, corporate clients and key accounts.</li><li>Analyse market trends, competition and commercial performance.</li><li>Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.</li><li>Strong commercial and strategic mindset.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing, distribution channels and revenue generation.</li><li>Fluency in English.
