It is a community built around an elevated standard of living and working, designed to inspire productivity, ambition, and success.&nbsp;Role&nbsp;We are looking for a polished, people-first professional to join our team as a Receptionist / Community Associate. As the face of LABS Tower, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests — setting the tone for the exceptional experience that defines our community. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Labs Tower.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the Tower’s front desk during operating hours, serving as the welcoming face of the building and upholding LABS Tower’s premium brand standards.</li><li>Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Oversee visitor management in accordance with established security and access protocols.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for member enquiries, coordinating with the relevant internal departments to resolve operational, maintenance, and housekeeping matters.</li><li>Take ownership of member concerns, following through to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the highest standard of satisfaction.</li><li>Support the coordination of events, community initiatives, and special projects as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Full professional fluency in both English and Greek.</li><li>A natural communicator with a warm, enthusiastic disposition and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.</li><li>Prior experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-facing role is preferred.</li></ul>
