Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensuring that all food is prepared with the highest quality standards and is served on time.</li><li>Assists in the kitchen for food elements preparation process.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining tidy &amp; clean working areas.</li><li>Preparing workstations ready for operation as per standards</li><li>Helping with deliveries and restocking.</li><li>Preparing meat, fish and vegetables as per instructions by other chefs.</li><li>Follow kitchen Manual and SOPs and respect CERS procedures.</li><li>Ensuring HACCP and Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained</li><li>Attend job specific trainings</li><li>Attend team briefing and communication meetings</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;KEY REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;Skills and Knowledge<ul><li>Fluent in Greek and English language</li><li>Basic knowledge of all food stations</li><li>Knowledge of various cooking methods</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Good planning &amp; organizational skills</li><li>Good knowledge of health &amp; safety, hygiene and licensing regulations</li></ul>&nbsp;Behavioral characteristics<ul><li>Approachable</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to work under supervision of limited range</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Assertive Creative, innovative thinking.</li><li>Hardworking with passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;Level of Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in similar position&nbsp;</li><li>Diploma in Culinary arts</li><li>Proven basic knowledge of food principles</li><li>Proven knowledge of Health &amp; Safety standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;BENEFITS<ul><li>5 working days per week from Monday to Sunday 7:00 – 16:00 (6th day worked will be paid additional to the gross salary)</li><li>21 days paid annual leave</li><li>13th salary&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Free meal while on duty</li><li>15% discount on company brands (Pizza Express, Marzano, Columbia Beach, La Boca, Columbia Steak House, Pokeloha, Columbia Confectionery, Columbia Sun, Columbia Pier, Henry’s, Columbia Burgers + more, Columbia Beach Resort, House &amp; Garden)</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
