Qualifications required:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations</li><li>Lead, motivate, and support the waiting team to deliver outstanding service standards</li><li>Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience</li><li>Assist with table allocation, reservations, and smooth service flow</li><li>Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction</li><li>Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and hospitality skills.</li><li>Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety procedures</li><li>Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus</li></ul>&nbsp;Duties:<ul><li>Previous experience in a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter role within a hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail</li><li>Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage</li><li>Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming personality</li></ul>&nbsp;A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary, health insurance options, meals, internal company special offers, permanent employment with career growth opportunities, provident fund after the completion of the probation period, secured staff parking (underground) and other benefits.
