Founded in 1978, the company&nbsp;imports and distributes selected DIY and home improvement products for professionals and individuals who love craftsmanship, quality, smart solutions and favorable prices.&nbsp;The PositionAn Accounting Officer is responsible in maintaining the overall accuracy of the accounts, ledgers and financial records. She/He is also responsible in performing a range of administrative and accounting tasks on a day to day basis to keep that accounts up to date.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Duties:<ul><li>Tracking incoming payments</li><li>Recording and reconciling all incoming financial transactions received</li><li>Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for money received</li><li>Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements</li><li>Updating account information and records of clients, dealing with their queries</li><li>Credit control for new customers and performing ongoing customers account management including chasing overdue debt</li><li>Assisting with internal control implementation</li><li>Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in financial accounts</li><li>Ensuring that financial records meet with company standards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>At least 2 years’ experience in an AR related role and/or accounting duties</li><li>Experience of using an accounting system to record accurate financial data</li><li>Experience in using Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products</li><li>Ability to review and interpret data/information</li><li>Ability to anticipate opportunities and risks</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>13th Salary</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Stable pleasant environment</li><li>22 days of annual leave per calendar year</li><li>Discount card for shopping at MANGAS store</li><li>Opportunity for continuous training</li><li>Opportunity for career development&nbsp;</li><li>Five-day work between Monday and Friday&nbsp;</li></ul>
