Duties:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing surfaces (walls, wood and plasterboards) for painting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handling planning and preparation work in an efficient manner·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes and clean after the project is complete·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Moving furniture and equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Calculating the number of materials and time required for said project·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Removing fixtures such as door knobs and light switch covers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Taping off areas as needed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cleaning up supplies and replacing fixtures when project is complete&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good knowledge of Greek or English language·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure and within time frame·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus&nbsp;A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary, health insurance options, meals, internal company special offers, permanent employment with career growth opportunities, provident fund after the completion of the probation period, secured staff parking (underground) and other benefits.
