BigChange CyprusJoin a team that keeps businesses moving.At BigChange Cyprus, we help businesses work smarter through innovative software solutions that simplify field service management, workforce scheduling and business operations.As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Software &amp; IT Support Officer who enjoys solving problems, working with technology and making a real difference to customers every day.If you're passionate about IT, love learning new technologies and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you.&nbsp;What you'll be doingAs part of our Technical Team, you will:<ul><li>Provide first-line support for BigChange and other business software solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot software and basic IT issues for customers and internal users.</li><li>Install, configure and support software applications.</li><li>Deliver customer training and help users get the most from our solutions.</li><li>Manage support requests and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Windows and day-to-day internal IT operations.</li><li>Work closely with customers, colleagues and software partners to deliver an outstanding customer experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is curious, customer-focused and eager to grow.Essential<ul><li>Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in Software Support, IT Support or Helpdesk.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches and Wi-Fi).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>&nbsp;It would be great if you also have<ul><li>Experience supporting SaaS applications.</li><li>Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems.</li><li>Experience delivering customer training.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL or databases would be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Why join BigChange Cyprus?We believe that great people deserve a great workplace.&nbsp;That's why we offer:✔ Competitive salary package✔ 13th Salary✔ Provident Fund✔ Continuous training and professional development✔ Opportunity to work with innovative cloud technologies✔ Friendly, supportive and collaborative team✔ Career growth opportunities✔ Stable Monday-Friday working hours
