QA Automation Python Team Lead - Multiple Openings&nbsp;&nbsp;The Role:As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to hire a AQA Python Team Lead to join our dynamic QA department. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Automation professional who has also demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.&nbsp;In this role, you provide technical direction, support and suggest automation initiatives and tools that will help and guide the team toward delivering high-quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:<ul><li>Act as the AQA Python Team Lead for a QA team (MQA and AQA) with focus on shift-left automation&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Development team to deliver high quality software</li><li>Design and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct auto-tests</li><li>Collaborate with the QA Management team to define Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable automation frameworks</li><li>Review and contribute to test plans, test strategies, and code for automated test scripts</li><li>Ensure best practices are followed in code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD integration</li><li>Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve overall testability and product quality</li><li>Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the SDLC</li><li>Identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing across the QA team</li></ul>Main requirements:<ul><li>BSc/MSc in Computer Science, or related discipline</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in QA&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA leadership role, with at least 5 direct reports</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Python with test frameworks, API testing, and tools like Kafka, Docker, AWS</li><li>Proven experience in building or contributing to robust test automation frameworks</li><li>Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or equivalent</li><li>Basic knowledge of containerization using Docker</li><li>Exposure to Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service)</li><li>Hands-on experience with mocking frameworks such as WireMock, or MockServer&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with performance testing using K6 (writing custom scripts, running load tests, analyzing performance metrics)</li><li>Proficient in version control tools like Git</li><li>Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills</li><li>Very good written and verbal English skills</li></ul>The following will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Background in the Finance/Forex domain</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Grafana, web sockets testing, or asynchronous programming</li><li>Experience testing Spring Boot applications, including integration testing with MockMvc and unit testing with Mockito or similar</li></ul>Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Show Your Skills – Online Technical Challenge</li><li>Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
