If you enjoy working with people and delivering excellent service, this role is for you.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check-in / check-out procedures (training provided)</li><li>Preparation and inspection of company vehicles</li><li>Identification and reporting of fleet maintenance issues</li><li>Vehicle delivery and collection at hotels and agreed locations</li><li>Providing a high-quality service to customers</li><li>Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude</li><li>Working effectively as part of a team</li><li>Adapting to the operational needs of the business&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous customer service experience (car rental is an advantage)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays</li><li>Valid driver’s license (preferred)</li><li>Honest, well-presented, and customer-focused&nbsp;</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Permanent, year-round employment</li><li>Friendly and professional working environment</li><li>Competitive salary paid 13 times per year</li><li>Bonus scheme</li><li>Shift-based working schedule</li><li>25 days annual leave</li><li>Immediate start available</li></ul>
