About the RoleOn behalf of our client, a well-established architecture and design studio based in Limassol, we are seeking a talented Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality architectural solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.The successful candidate will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and planning to technical documentation and construction support. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to innovative designs while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with excellent prospects for professional growth and career development.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop architectural concepts from initial sketches through to detailed design and construction documentation</li><li>Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard software</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages</li><li>Ensure compliance with Cyprus building regulations and planning requirements</li><li>Support permitting and submission processes to local authorities</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and take an active role in project supervision during construction, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the build process</li><li>Oversee and monitor the progress of works on site, identifying and resolving design or construction issues in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Act as a point of contact between the design team and site, ensuring clear communication and continuity from design through to delivery</li><li>Collaborate with the wider design, operations and management team on creative development and design quality</li><li>Maintain high-quality design and service standards aligned with client expectations and studio values</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)</li><li>2–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice</li><li>Excellent knowledge in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp.
