ResponsibilitiesCorporate administration:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining the full range of corporate documentation in compliance with Companies Law Cap. 113•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting standard corporate resolutions and minutes•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining corporate registers (directors, shareholders, beneficial owners)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organising board and shareholder meetings•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring deadlines and filing documents with the Cyprus Registrar of CompaniesWorking with external providers:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with corporate service providers, registrars and auditors•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing and transmitting documents to external service providers•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing KYC documentation as requested by banks and counterparties•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting standard corporate changes and amendmentsImmigration processes:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collecting and preparing documents for work and residence permits•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with the Civil Registry and Migration Department and external consultants•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tracking permit validity and managing renewalsDocument management &amp; deadline control:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining order and accuracy across corporate documentation•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring deadlines for corporate actions•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeping KYC/AML records up to dateRequirements•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3–5 years of experience as a corporate secretary or corporate administrator in Cyprus•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of corporate procedures under Companies Law Cap. 113•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience working with corporate service providers•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with immigration processes (via external consultants)•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full professional proficiency in Russian and English. Preferred: Working proficiency in Greek.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and accuracy in document handlingWhat We Offer•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary of EUR 3,500 per month gross•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th salary•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full-time, on-site position
