Senior Waiter / Waitress Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced and confident Senior Waiter/Waitress who leads by example and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll be a key part of the team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and supporting both the front and back of house.Fluent in both English and Greek is a must!! What You'll Do<ul><li>Deliver friendly and professional service to every guest.</li><li>Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers, the kitchen, the bar, and your colleagues.</li><li>Ensure food and drinks are served accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.</li><li>Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.</li><li>Train and guide junior team members when needed.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Previous experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>A passion for hospitality and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High standards, reliability, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.</li><li>Fluent in both English and Greek.</li></ul>
