We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at NALU Hotel in Latsi.&nbsp;Job SummaryThe Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, handling guest enquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role works closely with the Head Receptionist to maintain the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Verify daily room allocations and report any pending arrivals or departures to the Head Receptionist.</li><li>Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation, and events.</li><li>Conduct effective shift handovers, ensuring all relevant information is communicated.</li><li>Manage and balance the reception cash float.</li><li>Maintain the reception area's ambience, including lighting and background music.</li><li>Report maintenance issues or damages to the Head Receptionist and follow up with the Maintenance team when required.</li><li>Stay informed about exchange rates, weather forecasts, and the availability of guest information materials.</li><li>Monitor room availability to maximise occupancy and identify opportunities for room upgrades.</li><li>Prepare, verify, and issue guest invoices accurately before departure.</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.</li><li>Maintain daily logs and incident records accurately.</li><li>Comply with all Health &amp; Safety regulations and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Follow hotel procedures for reporting guest and employee accidents.</li><li>Carry out any other Front Office duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.</li><li>Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Diploma from a recognised Hotel School or previous experience in a similar Front Office role.</li><li>Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle guest requests, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism.</li><li>Good knowledge of Front Office procedures and hotel operations.</li><li>Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining Health &amp; Safety and GDPR standards.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your CV through the website <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=POS555&amp;applynow=true">Leonardo Careers</a>
