NALU Hotel in Latsi is seeking a friendly and attentive&nbsp;Porter&nbsp;to assist guests with luggage, room guidance, and other services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.Job Summary:The Porter provides direct services to guests, assisting with luggage, room orientation, and general guest needs. This role ensures timely, courteous, and efficient support, contributing to a seamless guest experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check arrival and departure schedules and ensure luggage trolleys are available when needed.</li><li>Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms.</li><li>Explain room facilities, including card systems for electricity, phone usage, ventilation, and other amenities.</li><li>Receive luggage from rooms upon guest departure and transfer it to the lobby or designated area.</li><li>Convey messages, documents, or items to guest rooms as required.</li><li>Assist guests during parties or events by guiding them to venues and preparing bell signs.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, facilities, operating hours, and occasional events.</li><li>Provide information about local transport, attractions, and events for guests.</li><li>Ensure work areas are neat and clean, including the lobby, living room, and terrace.</li><li>Follow hotel Health &amp; Safety rules and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Adhere to accident reporting procedures for guests and staff.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to Front Office operations or guest services.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Pleasant, approachable, and professional personality.</li><li>Willingness to serve and assist guests.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.</li><li>Ability to carry luggage safely and provide courteous service.</li><li>Knowledge of hotel facilities and general local information.</li><li>Commitment to Health &amp; Safety and GDPR compliance.</li></ul>How to Apply:&nbsp;Please submit your resume via <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=POS554&amp;applynow=true">direct application.</a>
