At current,&nbsp;bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team, and we are looking&nbsp;for a&nbsp;Senior Customer Care Supervisor&nbsp;to join&nbsp;bbf: care, our&nbsp;property management and client services division.&nbsp;&nbsp;The successful Candidate will be the one who prioritizes&nbsp;full accountability for service quality, vendor relationships, and operational performance across the entire managed portfolio.&nbsp;Location :&nbsp;LimassolReporting to :&nbsp;Client Relations Executive&nbsp;Main Tasks include:<ul><li>Receiving and handling customer calls, messages, and emails;</li><li>Ensuring the quality and timely processing of&nbsp;customer inquiries;</li><li>Coordinating interactions between the management company, the leasing department, Facility Management, the accounting department, and other divisions;</li><li>Tracking overdue requests and analyzing the causes of delays;</li><li>Monitoring customer satisfaction and working to improve the customer experience;</li><li>Maintaining and&nbsp;managing the customer database;</li><li>Participating in the development and improvement of the task tracker;</li><li>Preparing and implementing communication standards, response templates, and work procedures;</li><li>Analyzing customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to improve processes;</li><li>Participating in the training and onboarding of new employees;</li><li>Preparing reports on&nbsp;hotline operations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements for the position:Essential<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service up to 3 years&nbsp;- ideally in property management, hospitality, or real estate,</li><li>Tech savvy - advanced user of Microsoft Office, AI-assisted productivity tools as preferable.</li><li>Organised, structured, and comfortable owning a broad operational function,</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills,</li><li>English and Russian proficiency;&nbsp;Greek - Advantage.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience coordinating processes or teams is an advantage,</li><li>Experience working at a management company is an advantage,</li><li>Experience in claims administration,</li><li>Track record of building or improving a service function from the ground up.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile real estate developments in Cyprus.</li><li>13th Salary &amp; an established bonus system.</li><li>Supportive in-house environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;All interested Candidates are invited to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/357?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">APPLY HERE</a>.
