If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all bar guests.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the bar's mise en place before each service.</li><li>Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.</li><li>Serve beverages promptly and accurately while handling guest orders and payments.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, cocktails, wines, beers, and pricing to confidently assist guests.</li><li>Promote beverage specials, food offerings, and hotel events to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.</li><li>Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns, referring more complex issues to the Head Barman when necessary.</li><li>Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues.</li><li>Comply with all hotel Health &amp; Safety procedures, hygiene standards, and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Previous experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.</li><li>Good command of both Greek and English.</li><li>Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and food pairing.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Professional appearance with a positive and approachable attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul>
