We are seeking &nbsp;Restaurant Waiters/Waitress to deliver fast, courteous, and professional service while maintaining the high standards of our restaurants.Job Summary:The Restaurant Waiter/Waitress is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome guests and escort them to their tables, paying attention to guests with special needs.</li><li>Present menus and provide knowledge of food and beverage items, including wines, to assist guest choices.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.</li><li>Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.</li><li>Clear tables, carry dishes, trays, and silverware to the kitchen, and maintain side service points.</li><li>Set and reset tables, replace tablecloths, glassware, and condiments according to hotel standards.</li><li>Monitor guests during meals, checking satisfaction and responding politely to requests or complaints.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after service.</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Assist with special events, banquets, or catering duties as required.</li><li>Implement GDPR requirements to protect personal information of guests and staff.</li><li>Comply with hotel Health &amp; Safety rules and report any accidents or incidents.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the department.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Good command of Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar waiter role in a hotel or restaurant environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and service-minded personality.</li><li>Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work independently while cooperating with the team.</li></ul>How to Apply:&nbsp;Submit your resume via <a href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=POS593&amp;applynow=true">direct application.&nbsp;</a>
