Betathlon Ltd possesses betting acceptance license Class A’ &amp; B’ by the Cypriot Betting Authority&nbsp;(<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.nba.com.cy/">www.nba.com.cy</a>).&nbsp;We are seeking a Back Office &amp; Accounts Agent for full-time employment based on a shift-system, to join our team at our Head offices in Nicosia.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist players with inquires via mobile, web and chat platforms.</li><li>Resolve complaints with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.</li><li>Be a subject matter expert on the mobile app.</li><li>Stay current on sportsbook offering and promotions.</li><li>Escalate problems as they arise.</li><li>Constantly evaluate opportunities to enhance the customer journey.</li><li>Review identification documents for verification.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of account information.</li><li>Troubleshoot any technical issues.</li><li>Keep ahead of customer service industry trends, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas to areas of improvement.</li></ul>Key Skills/Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Greek and English both oral and written.</li><li>Experience working in a customer support environment will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience working in the sports betting industry will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Positive attitude and team spirit.</li><li>Good knowledge of technology.</li></ul>Important Information:<ul><li>The position is based on a five-day schedule, in a department that operates 7 days a week based on a shift system.</li><li>Once trained this role could operate based on a hybrid model, based in the office, and working from home.</li><li>Salary depending on experience and knowledge.</li><li>Office Location: Makedonitissa, Nicosia.</li></ul>Additional Information:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Candidates that qualify for an interview will be contacted via e-mail or telephone 22 508888.</li></ul>&nbsp;
